5 Wrestlers Who Could Win The ASP Royal Rumble

On June 6, 2021, All-Star Pro owners Red and Barricade made a monumental announcement. This week, on June 20, All-Star Pro will emanate live from Venue 23 in Bethany, Oklahoma for a historic main event. In this match, the ASP faithful will bear witness to a Royal Rumble match. The winner of this match will win a briefcase holding a contract. What does that contract do? It gives the holder an opportunity for a championship contest anywhere, any time. With a litany of superstars gunning for Jerome Daniel Griffey’s ASP Championship, there is no telling what is going to happen come June 20th. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t speculate.

With this in mind, here are the top five wrestlers we believe could win the ASP Royal Rumble match at ASP Are You Ready? in Bethany, Oklahoma.

5. Fuego del Sol

After making a surprise return to All-Star Pro on May 23, 2021, Fuego del Sol immediately launched himself into the title picture when he challenged the former ASP Champion, Tino Valentino, in the main event of the show. While Fuego may have come up short in this contest, he showed the ASP crowd that he has the heart of a champion. As a former WCR Revolutionary Champion, Fuego del Sol has shown that he has what it takes to hold gold in any company he walks into.

Recently, Fuego del Sol has been busy competing on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation, where he has built up quite the reputation as an underdog. Fans all around the globe are looking for Fuego del Sol to land his patented Tornado DDT and finally win championship gold. As one of the most well-traveled superstars to compete in an ASP ring, we believe that Fuego del Sol has a great shot at winning the ASP Royal Rumble match this Sunday. Will we be seeing Oklahoma’s resident luchador earn an opportunity at the biggest prize in All-Star Pro? Stay tuned to find out.
